In need of a glimmer of hope? xo
me The last few weeks feel like a blur if I’m honest. I’ve had to dig deep to hold space for myself. Something that has come to me naturally for some time.
And it’s meant that showing up and holding space for others has required deep digging too! I know I look full of sunshine & positivity, mostly – but I too have had days where I don’t want to face the current reality we are all living in. It’s taken all my strength some days to stretch for, or create a glimmer of hope. It’s not always big and bright, and sometimes I’ve got to create it myself – but it is always there. If I’ll do the work.
So if there is one thing I’ve learnt during this bizarre patch of life…
It’s that searching for and cultivating hope is FOUNDATIONAL to surviving this pandemic, emotionally.

It’s there. It’s always there. Like I’ve done those mornings it’s felt like the last thing I wanted to do – take, 1, tiny step to stretch for it.
